There are two ways to help Help From Techs:
One is to help answering technical questions on support forums, this is the best way to help other people in need. Have you ever had a computer problem that you couldn't solve on your own? Well, there are lots of people that are having a problem right now! Do you know how to solve it? Let them know, this is the best way to support us. You can also help us by passing the word around about our site to your friends and colleagues.
Another way to help us is financially. Help From Techs is, and has always been, a free service to our members. However, running such a free service involves some expense. Hosting fees, bandwidth, domain registration and board software fees are our main expenses. This costs several hundred US dollars per year. Because this is a non-profit web site, all of the money comes out of our pocket. If you like this forum, you are invited to donate using your credit card (via PayPal interface). Your support is greatly appreciated.
