If you've already got something working and want to modify it then you need to give us more information about what you've got.
For hardware/software for accessing real-world i/o using a PC serial port, have a look at this:

I guess I'm a little confused... but lately that's common for me. Is this a personal or commercial project? I quess the real question is... how much are you willing to spend on it?
B and B Electronics provides several different serial port data acquisition devices. These are perfect for hobby projects. There are other companies that provide similar products.
One device in particular that I find interesting is model 232SPDA with 7 12bit A/D, 4 8bit D/A, 2 DI, and 1 DO. Costs around 90usd (you'll need a power supply too - 15usd). Demo and API is included.
To control a motor you'll need a motor drive (amplifier). What size motor do you need to control? I can suggest drive manufacturers.
Here's some links that provide intro kits etc...

well, i'm making the curcuts myself, so i don't know if it can be done now, or, this forum is not as poular as hardware...,
I want to know ho to send a "1" to a pin, or set of pins in the serial port, like this
------- ------- someway to sa i want pin 1
/1 0 0 1\ /0 0 0 0\ On, pins 3-9(or 4 in this
--------- --------- case) or pin 2 ad 3 on.
------- ------- Do you undersand now?
/1 0 0 0\ /0 1 0 0\ I know it's a pain in the
--------- --------- *** , but i just cam here to see if anyone would know how to do something like this. Would it be possable in any other laguage that is not assembly?
The motors are not important, They are not going to be powerd off the PC or nothing, the signal is going to flow to a transistor, the the transisrot will power the chip via a bigger power source, I have that part almost figurder out....
