i am trying to download and view the "photo database" template from the template gallery and i get one of two messages:
1. it can not open access so it tells me to open access manually and then try to download; this still does not work.
2. it starts to download but then quickly says that the .mdb is an unrecognized format (while trying to open it in Access 2000).
