If you receive a URL message stating:

Icq is deleting everyone who doesnt forward this, so do it!
Apparantly they're serious.
URL: This is not a joke!!! They are checking for inactive #'s. Send to everyone(exeptme) on list. sorry!
So, as stated even in the message itself this is not a joke, its a hoax.
