access 97 problems

ok, does anyone know how to create a "title page" for access after all the tables are imported? or even before the tables are imported? my definition of title page is a little splash screen with 2 buttons and a graphic and some text (buttons that say "Engines" and "APUs"). i really need the answer to this question, and quick! i need it by about 4:30 pm mountain time today... it is 9:12 am right now, so this is your challenge.

ok, i got it figured out, now i just need to know how to link the buttons on the start up menu to tables in the database. i would like to have a drop down menu with all the engine serial numbers and have it so when you selected a serial number, you clicked go and you were sent to the sheet for that engine. Bus if all i can get is a button that brings me to a table thats fine too... just i need to know soon.
