looking for .mov->.mpg movie converter

does anyone know of a program that will convert (easily) .mov files to .mpg files?

the premiere is too costly for me, and I had already found that other page, but the programs it had on it did not work on the .mov files I have...

it was interesting reading though.

was looking for something a bit more intuitive, (read simple), I just want to be able to drag a file to it and have it convert the file.
