icons

a friend told me about a program he heard about, but didn't know where to get it. when you move the curser over the desk top icons they flip. anyone know about this? i like tweaky little things like that.

It is in Windows 98. Right click desktop choose properties. Icon animation tab.JT.

I can't find an icon animation tab. i looked in windows setup and didn't find anything i might need to load. i've been wrong before tho. i run win98se.

Could that be something that comes with Windows Plus! ? I dunno. I never seen an icon tab on any of my installations either. If you really want to spice up windows, try Windows Blinds or something like that.
