I run ClipCache from my tray obviously and this morning, it decied to do something a bit different. Predictably, left-clicking on the icon brings down their default displayed screen. However, now I get JUST the banner section of the screen; meaning that I only get the top section that contains the title of the bar and min, max and close icon opts. Double-clicking on this bar/banner will pop ClipCache into full blown mode and then I can't grab any corners or sides to reduce the window frame to a more desirable format. Also, being in full screen mode prevents me fro accessing any other apps screens. I have uninstalled the software. deleted files and folders pertaining to ClipCache; Purged the Registry of their populated keys; rebooted and still have the same odd circumstance.
