Hello all,nice board. In the same vein as "word bit the dust" , ms home publishing(as part of works suite 2000} will open halfway and freeze when opened with shortcut,it gets a little farther when opening thru programs. the mouse still operates but no response. ctrl alt del is the only way out (reboot).have un/ reinstalled no go. all other areas of works suite operate fine. dear wife uses this proggy alot and is on the warpath. shes looking for a pc abuser support group. Any help,thoughts? Thanks....boot

Finally figured it out.I have an ATI Rage 128 Xpert 128 vid card(cheap).When its set to true color 32 bit,,,, Home Pub no go. High color 16 bit,starts right up. Guess i didnt need to reformat. Got that down pat.
