Loading MS Office Professional (circa 95) Errors

I get the following message:
"Set up can not read from the file: "E:\OS\SYSTEM\MFCANS32.DLL"

E: is my CD Rom and I have Win 98SE...and I can't figure it out!!!!

ok... this may be caused by a damaged CD (check your disk) or your drive may need cleaning...

Thanks techguy, but I've tried this with 2 different (one OEM, other store bought) CD's and both give me the same error message Originally posted by Techguy:
