Need help with Content Advisor
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I do not know what the heck my roommate did to my computer but now every time I attempt to use IE, Napster, or active desktop, I get an error telling me that there are missing components to Content Advisor's settings. If I use IE, change the settings, and disable content advisor, it will work, but only for that session. I have tried re-installing IE, and using different versions, even deleting it...but have gotten nowhere. I am already using Netscape 6 PR3, but I still get errors every time I use active desktop, Napster or if I click on a link sent via AIM...please help....solve this and I will be forever in your debt!

Go to start > run, and type regedit. Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Ratings
Make sure the word "ratings" is highlighted in the left window, and delete what is in the right window.
Reboot and see if you still have the problem.
