Thanks Jo-Cose

And very sensibly, at the top of every page it says something like:

WARNING: FIRST BACKUP ALL YOUR HARD DRIVES TO A SAFE LOCATION BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE ANY SYSTEM CHANGES! Take EXTREME CAUTION when modifying your System settings! Faulty changes may result in computer crashes/ lockups/ permanent data loss, or might lead to having you REINSTALL the ENTIRE Operating System! YOU are the ONLY one responsible for ANY changes YOU make!
ALWAYS HAVE YOUR MOST RECENT SYSTEM BACKUP READY!

And having looked at this site my caveat - if you don't understand what the tips and tricks are saying then it may be better doing without them. The language is intentionally tekkie - which is a good thing in many ways.

What's going on here?

I've been visiting Axcel's site for 6 years or so, and I know he's American - so why does the Australian site make it look like their own work? Oversight? Sure, the author's email addy is given in small print at the bottom, but the page has been re-worked.

Real One? (http://members.aol.com/AXCEL216/)

Other one (http://www.kisser.net.au/tontodan/index2.html)

Axcel's tips are fantastic - like it says, he believes in squeezing every last computing microgram out of your OS. Certainly, it makes sense to try his tricks to make your win95/98 system fly better.

Page? What page? I don't see a page like that!

The page you are looking for does not exist on this webspace. There are a few possible reasons for this;

You entered the address incorrectly
The link is old and the page no longer exists.
The FBI have intercepted your request and sent it here instead (kinda unlikely though)
The 'boys from the Dwarf' crashed into the server holding the webpage you are looking for
Try searching below for what you were looking for

I wasn't able to view the tips and tricks :nono:

Wow, is it just me or is Axcel's new homepage really squished? The is so little space between lines it looks like a balloon starting to deflate. LOL Thanks for the new link, manunkind. :D
