Choose the roast duck with spirited orange sauce, and/or the reg fixes to cancel a lot of apps that spy on you and send you annoying stuff whilst you are on the net ...

Ingredients :
1 4-5 lb. duck
1 tsp each salt, pepper& garlic powder

Spirited Orange Sauce:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tbls corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
2 tbls. California Five Star DSS brandy
2 tbls. Cognac

Instructions :
Preheat oven to 450o F
Wash duck and pat dry.
Generously season duck inside and out with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place on a roasting rack or baking sheet and place in oven. Reduce heat to 350o F and cook 20 - 25 minutes per pound.
When the duck is nearly done, combine the brown and white sugars, cornstarch, salt and orange juice in a medium sized sauce pan.
Simmer over low heat until transparent and thickened (about 3 minutes). Add California Five Star DSS brandy and Cognac.
When the duck is done, quarter it and top with the spirited orange sauce to serve.
