After a day delay, the full install of America's Army: Operations is now available in version 1.3.0 as well. As with yesterday's patch, this massive download adds the new Mountain Pass map, a Combat Effectiveness Meter, the Honor System, a Hit-the-Dirt feature, first-person spectator ability, several other new features, a bunch of gameplay tweaks, and a sizable number of bug fixes.
